Refund and Replacement
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

No return or refund incase of beauty products, cosmetics and size fit or unsatisfied results or likes.

Refund: Our refund policy is super simple and slightly unique from other sellers. If you ask for a refund, first we will refund you instantly and then we will pick up the item from you. Your hard-earned money is our first priority. Return will be initiated only where wrong products or missing products delivered.

Replacement/Exchange: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible. We will pick up the defective one within 2-3 working days. Or If you want to exchange with other products listed on our website with the same price, we will accept the exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.
